House Reno - Tiling work continue

Second visit to my house and it has been a week.

Forgot to bring my house keys and i already drove all the way there.

Decide to try my luck hoping someone will be there working on the house.

Woohoo, the door is open and it is not a wasted trip.

There is only 1 guy working on the tiles in the living room. Poor chap. Wonder where the others are? Well, he is too sexy to be posted...topless and the jeans are way too tight showing his buttock line (the latter info is provided by Jan, i didn't notice cos i was busy taking photos).

House Reno Hacking and Tile

It's the first week of renovation.

Hacking is all done but I was not able to get more photos. Floor tiles is only done halfway so was unable to get into the house to get a closer look. Managed to only to take photos from the foyer.

The house is so dark and seems like the electricity was shut down so was not able to get any lights.

Well, will try to get more photos if i'm visiting this weekend.

House before Renovation

Manage to find some photos of our house before the renovation.

The renovation started quite abruptly. Didn't even know that the renovation is starting this week until Francis called to inform that the hacking has already begin.

Well seems like renovation should be finish by end of April. Soo exciting.

Hope everything will go smoothly. Will go down and check the place during the weekend.

Renovation Starts Today!!

It has been a hectic weekend.

Stevie touch down on Friday mid-night.
Went to pick him up and we have very late dinner.
Slept at 2.30am

Woke up at 8.30am on Saturday and went for Breakfast.
Appointment with ID Francis, carpenter, electrician and hacking contractor from 11am to 3pm.
Tired and many many details to go through.
Had late lunch and continue shopping with Francis.
Choose our toilet tiles again, shopping for bathroom bowl, sink and accessories and purchase lightings for the whole house.
My mind is not working. Hopefully we didn't purchase something that we don't want.
Tired, tired, tired......didn't do much bargaining cos my body is splitting.
Left bargaining to Stevie and decide never leave bargaining to the guy.
Went for late dinner and more shopping again at Mustafa (just to take a look at the tv available).
My whole body is aching.....slept at around 2am.

Sunday...woke up at 8.30am.
Went for breakfast. Yummy!! Fishball noodles and prata.
Next,Harvey Norman to look at the tv again.
Then purchase our hob, hood and kitchen sink and accessories.
Card got rejected!! Ran out of cash. Spend almost $7,000 over the weekend.
Went for lunch and Stevie left for Macau.
Slept for the whole afternoon, woke up just for dinner and continue to sleep again.

Monday was late for work.
Reach office 10am.
Body still did not recover from the hectic weekend.
I'm soo tired.

Today, Francis called and inform me that they started hacking my house.
Damn! I did not take any photos yet.

Too busy to go down.
Well, Francis say he will try to take some photo.

Thanks to Francis we got everything done over the weekend.
He spent whole of Saturday bringing us around even though he is sick and cancelled another appointment so that we can do everything before Stevie fly back.
